I decided to skip The Grand Palace during this trip and brought my friends to Wat Arun instead. Most of us have been to The Granda Palace and felt like it was too hot to roam around the place.
Since we wanted some place “new”, I was able to stumble upon Wat Arun – The Temple of Dawn. No one in the group has visited Wat Arun so we were all excited!
It was a bit hard to commute to Wat Arun so everyone just decided that we will take a cab (through Grab) going to Wat Arun.
Wat Arun is open everyday from 8 AM – 5:30 PM. I will place the address below just in case you will take a cab going there.

When we went there, there were a lot of tourist so it took us some time to get some decent photos.
Tip: Bring an umbrella especially since most of the time you’ll be waiting under the sun for tourists to clear out an area so you could take good photos.
I definitely fell in love more with Wat Arun as compared to The Grand Palace.
