Chatuchak Market (How to go and what to expect)

We went to Chatuchak Market from Wat Arun so we went there by cab BUT there is a train stop that will lead you directly to Chatuchak Market.

By BTS train: Mo Chit exit 3

As soon as you get out you will walk straight through the park and you will immediately be in front of Chatuchak Market.

Although Chatuchak Market is open from Tuesday – Sunday, it would be better to visit during Saturdays or Sundays. Their Saturday and Sunday hours is from 9 AM – 6 PM.

I was able to bring home the brochure that contains the map of the whole Chatuchak Market:

The whole market is divided by “category” on what the stores offer so it would be best if you would plan before hand what areas you or your group would go to.

I wasn’t able to take much photos as we were busy walking around and eating.

If you want to buy souvenirs or gifts to take home, this is a good place to buy them!!
