We were dead set on booking with La Quinta Inns & Suites when we had plans of going back to Seattle during 2018. Unfortunately, they were fully booked for our dates.
It took us a few days to find an alternative hotel around the area that’s not too expensive and that’s how we stumbled upon Executive Inn by the Space Needle.
The fastest way to get to Executive Inn is by riding bus 62 but I would recommend just taking a cab going to Executive Inn. We had a hard time walking from the bus stop close to Executive Inn to the hotel itself.

This is how our room looks like:

We were in Seattle during New Year’s Eve and it was a good choice in staying at the Executive Inn since it was close to the Space Needle. We just walked towards the Space Needle when it was almost countdown.

Overall, our stay was okay just because of the location and the price of Executive Inn but I wouldn’t book here again if I don’t have any activity that has to do with the Space Needle or if La Quinta Inns & Suites is fully booked.
My family and I had a bad experience regarding one of the staff that was stationed at night during our stay in Executive Inn. I wasn’t able to get his name but he was very unaccommodating to our complaint and issue. (We had a situation one of the nights that left me traumatized for a few days) Also, there is no free breakfast if you book your stay at Executive Inn.
If you were to choose between Executive Inn and La Quinta, I would recommend booking with La Quinta Inns & Suites instead.
