Pho Viet Nam - Michelin-recognized Pho (What to Expect)

First time trying Pho in my life! I was supposed to try it in Manila before our trip, but I thought, might as well try it in Vietnam instead.

My friend brought me to Pho Viet Nam, a Michelin-recognized Pho restaurant! I didn’t even know until after we finished eating.

They asked us to go to the second floor since the first floor was already packed.

There’s an English menu!

My friend said it was her first time seeing Pho served in a hot stone bowl, so she got the Wagyu Beef Pho in a Hot Stone Bowl (No. 6), while I got the Australian Wagyu Raw Beef, Well Done Flank, Oxtail & Beef Ribs Pho (No. 9).

We both also got the Kumquat Tea. We didn’t have to wait long before our orders were served.

First time trying Pho, and I definitely get the hype! I loved how everything tasted 🩷.

Before flying back, I asked my friend what Vietnamese food she wanted to eat that’s hard to find in Manila. She said Pho, so we came back here for our last meal!
