Taiwan: Where to stay (Sunworld Dynasty Hotel)

We flew to Taiwan during third week of March for family matters. This was not our first time flying to the country so looking on the bright side is that we didn’t really miss out on a lot of “touristy” places since we already ticked them off during our first visit.

During this trip, we decided to book in Sunworld Dynasty Hotel. The room we got is Twin Superior Room (for 3) and we didn’t select the option of “with breakfast” since our room rate will be more expensive if we do.

My dad’s friend picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at Sunworld Dynasty Hotel. I noticed that there are no subway exits beside the hotel. The “nearest” subway is Nanjing Fuxing Station and it is a bit far – based on Google maps it’s about 10 minutes away from the hotel.

If “10 minutes” away is good enough for you and you want to book at Sun World Dynasty keep scrolling!

This is how the hotel looks like.

While elevators are at the right side (based on layout when you enter the hotel)

there are 4 elevators so you don’t have to wait long

The hotel’s elevators are made of glass, as you go up to your floor you will be able to see the buffet area and the interior of the hotel.

Room assigned to us is at the 7th floor and again the room we decided to book is Twin Superior Room (for 3).

The room was definitely big enough for us 3!
We booked our room via Agoda since it was cheaper to book there.
