My parents have already visited the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass, but my dad really wanted me to see the place and so he decided to accompany me to these two places.
Again, I took a photo of the map that I brought home and here is how to go to Space Needle Seattle Center. Chihuly Garden and Glass is also inside! Since La Quinta was near Space Needle my dad and I decided to walk there.
Space Needle Seattle Center
This is actually one of the “must see” places when you go to Seattle and is actually the icon of Seattle.

Chihuly Garden and Glass
I don’t think a lot of people know about Chihuly Garden and Glass. My dad was the one who insisted that we also go here since he already went here before and he knew that I would love it. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT. I loved the place!!

Inside Chihuly there are actually photographers (you’d know because they are wearing uniforms) who would approach and offer if you would want to have your photo taken. Don’t worry since it’s FOR FREE! If you see the photographer inside and he/she didn’t approach you, don’t worry you can also approach and ask them if they can kindly take your photo (ALSO FOR FREE).
After taking your photo, they will give you a card which you have to scan on a machine before you leave the place (sorry I wasn’t able to take a photo!! the machine is at the left side of the door when you enter or right side of the door when you exit the place). Thru there you can e-mail the photos to yourself or you could also go to their website and find your photo there.
These are how the cards look like (I brought them home since they didn’t ask me to surrender them when we walked out of the place)
This is how the back part will look like. All the back parts are the same except for the barcode.
I was so happy that my dad was persistent in bringing me to these two places! I would definitely regret it if I wasn’t able to visit them during my stay in Seattle.
