I asked my brother to choose where he wanted to have dinner for our last night, and after doing some research, he came across a place that just so happened to be on my list as well.
There are two branches of Sapporo Zangi Hompo: one near Sapporo Station and another near Susukino Station.

Since our Airbnb was near Sapporo Station, we decided to walk to that branch. We just followed the directions on Google Maps.

This pin and walking time are based on our Airbnb location, but if you set Sapporo Station as your starting point, it’s only a 3-minute walk.

The restaurant is right next to Hotel Mystays Sapporo, the same place we stayed at on a previous trip.

The place was packed, but luckily, there was a spot waiting for us.

There was no English menu, so we had to rely on a translation app.

We just ordered the karaage a la carte with no rice or veggies and my brother chose the flavors. I made sure to write them down so I could share: we got Yangnyeom, Tartar, Red Ginger, and Nori. It’s also arranged based on what we think was delicious 😆.
Additionally, we ordered White Liver with Garlic Chives, Chicken Skin, Gyoza, and Fresh Oysters. We ended up ordering the chicken skin twice, and I ate the second order all by myself haha!

We also ordered the draft beer of the Sapporo Classic Hokkaido-only variant since it’s only available here. It was the perfect last drink for the road!

Overall, it was a great place to have a meal! Next time, I think I’ll go for just one flavored karaage in a meal set, along with some chicken skin.
