Here Duan (How to go, what to expect)

My mom loooooooooves crab, so I’m always on the hunt for a good place to eat it. Here Duan is one of the places I’ve been seeing recommended as a must‑try for crab fried rice.

I think there are two branches of Here Duan, and I got a bit confused at first.

The branch we went to was the one listed on Google Maps as ‘เฮียด่วน Hereduan – 段哥 Thai Street Food.

I don’t think there’s a train station near this branch, so we took a cab to get there. Unfortunately, the driver dropped us off at the wrong place at first.

This is how the outside should look!

The place is so quirky, I love it! Menu~

There were so many dishes to choose from, and I wanted to try more, but since it was just me and my mom, we wouldn’t have been able to finish everything. On the bright side, it just means I’ll have to come back.

We got an order of Creamy crab omelet with stir-fried peppers on rice and Stir-fried Thai instant noodles with bird’s eye chili & garlic (seafood version).

all photos were taken using an iPhone 13 Pro Max / Fujifilm X-T20 18-55 mm

The servings were huge. We were so stuffed after devouring everything! I honestly can’t wait to come back here to try more dishes, especially the crab rice. This place is definitely a must‑visit when you’re in Bangkok.

Took some pics outside before leaving!
