Yang Bok Jeom (양복점 성수점 / 羊福店) (How to go, what to expect)

Our family loves lamb skewers, the kind you usually have when you’re in China. Yang Bok Jeom is a famous lamb skewer place with around 7 branches in Seoul. During our stay, we decided to visit the Seongsu branch since it was the closest one to where we were staying.

If you want to look for a branch closer to you, you can type 양복점 on Naver Maps!

How to go to Yang Bok Jeom , Seongsu branch :

1. Get down at Ttukseom station (line 2)

2. Get out at exit 7

super near exit 7!

view as soon as you get out, you’ll immediately walk towards the street on the right
you just have to walk for a bit
and you’ll notice a store with green signs on your left!
made it!
morning view lol

There was only one table available for my mom and me when we arrived, and the place was packed with locals.

if you want to wear an apron, you can just get one , you’ll find this behind the door where you enter

how the table looks like!

They have an English version of the menu, so you don’t have to worry.

We got an order of Premium Lamb Skewers, Lamb Rib (Galbi), and Lamb Fried Rice.

CUMIN POWDER!
lamb grill (galbi) was served first
they’ll do the grilling for you
lamb rice was good but it was TOO SPICY for me haha my mom loved it though

we got another order of the premium lamb skewers
there’s a container where you can put the sticks!

all photos were taken using an iPhone 13 Pro Max / Fujifilm X-T20 18-55 mm

So far, out of all the lamb skewer restaurants I’ve tried in Seoul, this place is my top choice. If you love lamb skewers like I do, or even lamb ribs, definitely add this to your list if you’re craving some.
