I’d been seeing videos about a cafe where you can write a letter to yourself, but when I checked the location, it was far from the places I usually plan to visit.
I was happy to finally stop by since I had time and was already nearby from Le Labo Bukchon Hanok.
There are only three branches of Nuldam Space: two in Seoul (the Gyeongbokgung branch and the Yeongsan branch) and one in Suwon.

The one we went to was Gyeongbokgung branch.

I wasn’t able to take many photos of the road since my phone was glitching during that time, but it was easy to follow Naver Maps. There weren’t many turns or small alleys, mostly just following the main road.
If you’re commuting directly here, the best option is to take the bus since there’s a bus stop nearby. You can also take the subway and get off at Anguk Station, then use Exit 1 or Exit 6.

Nuldam Space looks like this from the outside. I had a bit of a hard time finding it since the building is cream colored and the Korean signage wasn’t on the side I was approaching from.
Here are two photos of the building from different angles.

As soon as you arrive, I would advise you to look for seats first, as the place was fully packed when we arrived. We almost didn’t have any space; it just so happened that a couple was about to leave right when we arrived.
Mom and I had to settle on the third floor, and it was hard to go up, even for me. The stairs were not easy to walk.
After we settled in and left our things, we went back to the first floor. Here is everything you need to know, along with all the details.

My mom and I took our time writing the letters, and we both loved it.
It was such a great concept that part of me wants to keep doing it whenever I go back to Seoul in the future.

After writing the letters, it was time to seal them!
We brought our empty mugs and glass back to the first floor, along with the wax for melting.
You don’t need to worry about instructions, as the area has plenty of English directions posted.

all photos were taken using an iPhone 13 Pro Max / Fujifilm X-T20 18-55 mm
If you’re planning to visit Gyeongbokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanok Village and you have some extra time, definitely add this to your list!
