Butter home (버터홈) (How to go, what to expect)

I came across a post about this cute brunch place that serves Western food, like pasta, toast, and bread. We decided to have lunch here since we didn’t want anything too heavy that day. We took the subway that day!

How to go to Butter Home –

1. Get down at Jeonpo station (line 2)

2. Get out at exit 8

It was a bit of a walk to the restaurant. I would not recommend coming here in the summer. It’s better to take a bus rather than the subway.

you’ll keep walking straight as soon as you get out

just keep on walking
until you’ll see an uphill street on your right
you’ll follow that street up
until you’ll see this but
the street you should be headed is on your left
yes you’ll be walking in that direction
you should see this! you’ll be walking on the right side of the road
just keep on walking straight
and you should be able to spot Butter Home on your right

The outside of the store looks like this. So cute!!

The store had put up their Christmas decorations, so everything felt super cute.

they were playing Home Alone!

we chose to seat here!
you’ll be able to see the menu through the QR code
my mom and I decided on the burrata cheese rose pasta to share

When you’re ready, you can order and pay at the counter. You can also get as much bread as you like! I think we went back to this station twice.

It didn’t take long before our pasta arrived! We also got coffee since we were so sleepy, even though we had started the day late.

all photos were taken using an iPhone 13 Pro Max / Fujifilm X-T20 18-55 mm

Everything looked cute, but there was nothing special about the food. Come here for the vibes!
