Seogwipo olle market (서귀포매일올레시장) (What to expect)

It was still raining when we left Gamttanam, and since it was still a bit early, I told my parents we could stop by the market first since it’s a covered area.

We saw that there was parking closer to the market! It wasn’t connected to where we parked—my dad checked.

On to exploring the market!

market was huge

our first time trying Jeju Apple Mango!
everyone agreed that the taste was a good kind of different but Philippine mangoes just hit differently
love how there are chairs for you to sit and eat
and you can just return the trash to where you bought your food!
my dad wanted to try this, but there was a minimum number of buns—and we couldn’t finish that many since we had dinner plans

we tried this insead
dad asked to have the buns cut in 4, it was okay
everyone said I have to try this fruit mochi from this stall

it was okay, there were some pieces that were sweet, some where not
parents got a bag of hallabong!
I FINALLY found mini soju bottles! I’m not sure if you guys know but I have a collection of small alcohol bottles 😭

all photos were taken using an iPhone 13 Pro Max / Fujifilm X-T20 18-55 mm

There were so many restaurants inside the market—even one with a long line!

We wanted to try them too, but we were worried we wouldn’t be able to eat much at the dinner restaurant! The dinner restaurant was rated 4.9 on Naver so it was something we must try.

Watch my Jeju travel film here!
