One Star Hamburgers (원스타 올드패션드 햄버거 도곡점) (How to go, what to expect)

My dad loves burgers, and when I came across a post by a famous foodie about a great burger place, I told him I was taking him there! It was an hour away from where we stayed.

How to go to One Star Hamburgers

1. Get down at Ogeum Station (line 3, line 5)

2. Get out at exit 4

as soon as you get out, you’ll walk straight
until you reach the end of the road, you’ll turn towards the road on your left
and you’ll just follow the road
and keep on walking straight
it’s a bit of a walk
until you see this Keepers Market and 7-eleven
you’ll cross the road towards Keepers Market and walk to the road on the left
once you reach at the end, turn right towards the road on your right
turn right here
and just keep on walking straight
it’s a bit of walk
keep on walking straight
until you see the restaurant on your right

I think the place can get packed during weekdays since we saw a waiting area beside the restaurant.

The place wasn’t that big; it felt intimate, but it reminded me of how old diners looked in the States.

Menu!

Mom and I ordered the OneStar Deluxe, my dad got a BELT (which he shared with mom so he could try the OneStar Deluxe too), and we got chili cheese fries to share.

Oh, just to note: water isn’t free here; you have to pay for drinks.

lunch spread!

It’s small for an American burger—American burgers are huge—but the taste is pretty close! My dad said it was good, but he preferred Bricklane! Bricklane for the burger, but One Star for the chili cheese fries!

Still, thanks One Star for a good meal!
