For our first meal in Jeju, we went to Hang Hae Jin Mi. It was a Japanese restaurant serving fresh sashimi, sushi, and more!
All I did was enter the Korean name of the place on Naver Maps, and it took us right there. I’ll share the exact words I used in case you’re headed there too!

They have a break time between 3 PM to 4:50 PM, so take note!

I’m not sure why I ended up with the sashimi set when I really wanted sushi, haha 😭. So, we shared the sashimi set, my mom had soba, and my dad and I got tempura udon.

They gave us bottled water, and my mom got a draft beer.

We took our time enjoying the view, and after a few minutes, our udon and soba arrived. The sashimi set took a while, so I started to think they might’ve forgotten our order.

When they served the sashimi set, they also gave us huge fried onion rings and what I think was fried mackerel (though I’m not exactly sure what kind of fish it was).

This was one of the pricier meals we had, but everything was so good—it was the perfect way to kick off our Jeju trip!
