Chilsungro Shopping Street (칠성로상점가 / 칠성로 쇼핑거리) (What to expect)

We chose to go here on our last full day in Jeju because I didn’t want us to travel too far from our hotel.

Chilsungro Shopping Street – 칠성로상점가 / 칠성로 쇼핑거리

We parked here in a small paid parking lot. At first, we didn’t know how to pay because the screen wasn’t showing any amount, so we clicked the help button. The person on the other end understood our broken English and knew we wanted to pay. After a few seconds, the amount appeared on the screen, and we used our international credit card to pay.

I expected the shopping district to be lively, but I’m not sure if we were there on the wrong day or time. There weren’t many people around. Still, we managed to buy some things!

We went around the shoe shops and Tanger.B.

got an Americano with an extra shot of espresso since I was so sleepy that time

I feel like you could totally skip this place if you’re not planning to shop. Mom was expecting more, and honestly, so were we. But maybe we just went at the wrong time.
