Moum Studio (모움스튜디오) (How to go, what to expect) - make your own rings, cute souvenir idea

I have been seeing people make rings for themselves in Seoul and thought it was a good idea that my mom and I could do! There are a lot of places offering this activity but you can only get your ring after a week for most of them, which I didn’t like.

After doing some research, I finally found one studio offering to get your ring the same day!

The place I found is called Moum Studio (모움스튜디오) – https://www.instagram.com/moum__studio/. The owner or teacher speaks in English so you won’t have to worry about communication!

I don’t think you can do walk-ins for this class so I’d recommend making an advance reservation! This is how I did mine.

For each student, it costs 80,000 won with only 3 cubic stones, there arean additional 3,000 won for each cubic added.

We just walked from where we ate and had coffee since it was just a 15 minute walk.

If you do decide to go somewhere before coming here, the closest station is still Hongik Univ. Station (line 2, line A, G-J)

We first checked our ring size then we went to choose our cubic stones.

mom and I decided to get matching designs! we just didn’t get the same last stones

After we decided on the design , I sent the payment balance (I can help you send payment via won! you can send me a message on Instagram @starsofheaven)

After she confirmed the payment, we started making the rings! Some photos attached will be screenshots from video clips I took 😆.

our teacher would let us try doing some steps but she will be the one to finish the majority of the work to make sure the ring comes out pretty!

We were given silver polishing cloth too!

Our finished product, it came out so pretty!!! My mom loved it 🥹.

Took us almost the whole afternoon for this activity but I’m so happy I decided to push through with this 🥹. I’d totally recommend this to anyone who’ll have some free time or would like to make time during their trip to Seoul.
